The Medical Mystery is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It undoes the Medic's lab coat and removes the buttons, revealing his shirt and tie, as well as giving the coat large, wide-notched lapels and a high collar, bearing a resemblance to a stereotypical detective coat.
The Medical Mystery was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
