The Voodoo-Cursed Medic Soul is a cosmetic item for the Medic. It transforms him into a zombie. His transformation includes the bones of his brachia (arm between the shoulder and the elbow), left elbow and his shinbones being partially revealed through torn clothing. On his upper left chest are light smudges where Medic has wiped bloody right hand fingers, as he absently did in Meet the Medic, making similar marks on his vest.
This item can only be worn around Halloween or during a Full Moon; at other times of the year, it does not appear in gameplay, unless the server has Halloween mode enabled. However, it can be equipped at any time and can still be viewed on the loadout screen even when it is not visible during games.
