The Scrooge McDoc is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It gives the Medic a worn-down black top hat with a team-colored sash and a dark team-colored scarf. It also makes the lenses of his glasses white and opaque.
The Scrooge McDoc was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
