The Medic to wounded enemies

The Berliner's Bucket Helm is a community-created headwear item for the Medic. It is a slightly worn grey and team-colored Template:W helmet with a cross-shaped eye slit, thematically consistent with Medieval mode.

Although the helmet is shown in related media and is bundled with the Medieval Medic set at the Mann Co. Store, it is not required that it be equipped to obtain the item set bonus.
