The Berliner's Bucket Helm is a community-created headwear item for the Medic. It is a slightly worn gray and team-colored Template:W helmet, with a cross-shaped eye slit. The Berliner's Bucket Helm appeared on the publicity artwork for Medieval mode and was created as part of the Medieval Medic item set.
Although the helmet is shown bundled with the Medieval Medic set at the Mann Co. Store, it is not required that it be equipped to obtain the item set bonus.

- The Berliner's Bucket Helm was added to the game.
- This hat was added to the Mann Co. Store, made craftable and included in random drops.
