The Brown Bomber is a community-created headwear item wearable by all classes. It is a shearling sheep-skin Template:W.
The Brown Bomber was originally known as the "Winter Wasteland Warmer" when it was contributed to the Steam Workshop, but the name was changed by Valve before implementation into the game.
