The Noble Amassment of Hats is an unlockable headwear item for all Classes. It appears as a black tophat, not unlike the Demoman's Scotsman's Stove Pipe atop a grey bowler similar to the Backbiter's Billycock.

Trivia

• Since both the Rebuild headgear and Fabricate headgear blueprints which are used to craft hats yield random results, there is no deterministic way to craft the Noble Amassment of Hats. Additionally this makes the Modest Pile of Hat, the Noble Amassment of Hats and the Towering Pillar of Hats slightly rarer in value than the normal class specific hats.
• this hat along with the Modest Pile of Hat and the Towering Pillar of Hats allow the soldiers eyes (normally hidden by his over sized headgear) to be clearly seen.
• This hat is likely a reference to the hidden Gentle Manne of Leisure page on the Classless Update.
• Amber's Rad As All Hell Hat, the item obtained from coming second in the Propaganda Contest, has an orange ribbon with the number '2' pinned to the tophat.
