Trivia
- Team Fortress Classic's original Medic model appears to be wearing a procedure mask.
- Procedure Masks are worn during any form of surgical procedure to prevent spreading infectious bacteria or viruses onto an open wound, as well as preventing bodily fluids from splashing into the mouth.
- This item is one of two contributed items made by Gerre, the other being the Sergeant's Drill Hat.
- According to Gerre, this item took about a half-hour to complete.
- As of the Mann-Conomy update, the Mask appears to be painted by the Peculiarly Drab Tincture when unpainted instead of its previous team coloring; this is a bug.
