The Surgical Survivalist is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It replaces the default Medic pants with camouflaged combat slacks and boots, adding team-colored kneepads.
The Surgical Survivalist was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Cardiologist's Camo".
