The Scourge of the Sky is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It replaces his coat with a uniform reminiscent of German fighter pilots from World War I, topped with a fur-collared winter coat. This most likely takes inspiration from Manfred von Richthofen, better known as the Red Baron, the most successful fighter ace of world war 1.
The Scourge of the Sky was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
