The Dough Puncher is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It turns the Medic's default attire into a double-breasted coat (left lapel over right) with a stand-up collar, and adds a team-colored chef-styled necktie.
The Dough Puncher was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
