The Heavy Lifter is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It replaces the Heavy's default shirt with a team-colored tank top and gives him wool bands around his elbows, larger muscles, and opens up his vest at the front and also adds two pockets on the lower right and another one on the right of his upper chest.
The Heavy Lifter was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
