The Magnanimous Monarch is a promotional headwear item for all classes. It is a Kanmuri with yellow bands and an emblem on the front.
It is part of the Japan Charity Bundle, a set of hats introduced in the March 23, 2011 Patch that can be bought in the Mann Co. Store through April 6, with proceeds going to fund American Red Cross relief operations in Japan following the Template:W.
