Trivia
- The item's name, style and description all reference the wigs sometimes worn by magistrates and other members of the Old English judiciary system.
- When taunting, the ponytail can clip through the Spy's back.
- The hat description was written by Shapechanger. It was slightly edited by Valve.
- Despite being a hanging part with no visible means of staying still, the ponytail is not jiggle-boned.
- When dyed with the colour "Australium Gold" this hat is thought to resemble Goldilocks' hair, from the popular children's story named "Goldilocks and The Three Bears". This resulted in Spies wearing it to be known as Goldilocks.
- At present, when dyed with the colour "Distinctive Lack of Hue" the hat does not become black like others but rather a dark gray.
