The License to Maim is a currently unreleased promotional Miscellaneous item to be worn by all classes. It appears as the Freelance Police badge used by the characters Sam and Max.
The medal is awarded alongside the Lugermorph after a player has unlocked it during a special round of Poker Night at the Inventory.
Trivia
- While Max is generally considered number two of the Freelance Police, the badge has the number one on it.
- The License to Maim is a play on the character James Bond's License to Kill.
- To maim means to injure, disable or disfigure.
