The Dough Puncher is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It makes the Medic's default attire double-breasted (left lapel over right) with stand up collar, and adds team-colored chef-styled neck tie.
The Dough Puncher was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Chef's Coat".

Trivia
- Double-breasted (usually white colour) jacket is a part of the chef's uniform, while another part of it is a toque, presented in Team Fortress 2 by the Teutonic Toque.
- This is referenced further by the fact that the Dough Puncher, the Teutonic Toque, and the Mustachioed Mann (as the part of the Teutonic Toque) were contributed together as the "Chef Medic" item set for the Medic.
