The Milkman is a headwear item for the Scout. It appears as a white peaked cap with a stripped band and a black visor. It was released as part of 'The Special Delivery' Polycount item set for the Scout.
As with all of the item set hats, this hat can be crafted from four Refined Metals and any one weapon from the Special Delivery set.
