The Voodoo-Cursed Medic Soul is a cosmetic item for the Medic. It transforms him into a zombie. His transformation includes the bones of his brachia (arm between the shoulder and the elbow), left elbow and his shinbones being partially revealed through torn clothing.
This item can only be worn around Halloween or during a Full Moon; at other times of the year, it does not appear in gameplay, unless the server has Halloween mode enabled. However, it can be equipped at any time and can still be viewed on the loadout screen even when it is not visible during games.

Trivia
- In DirectX 8, the model has a different appearance in the class selection screen and the loadout screen. The clothing is less damaged, and doesn't show exposed bones, however, it retains it's normal look in-game.
