The Brain-Warming Wear is a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It is an animal-themed, team-colored chullo hat. The item is styled to loosely resemble a crab, with the buttons on each pom-pom representing eyes, and the drawstrings resembling claws. The hat's "eyes" and "claws" wiggle as the player moves.
The Brain-Warming Wear contributed to the Steam Workshop.
