The Polar Pal is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a polar bear cub that sits on the classes' left shoulder except the Demoman's and the Scout's right shoulder and wobbles around as the player moves.
The Polar Pal was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia
The different styles of the Polar Pal resemble the three bears from the American TV show We Bare Bears but one of the developers confirmed that's just a coincidence[1].
