The Polar Pal is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a polar bear cub that sits on the classes' left shoulder except the Demoman's and the Scout's right shoulder and wobbles around as the player moves.
This item has three styles: "Polar", "Bamboo Muncher", and "Liberty Edition". The "Polar" style turns it into a polar bear; the "Bamboo Muncher" style turns it into a panda; and the "Liberty Edition" turns it into a grizzly bear. If painted, only the "Polar" style will be affected.
The Polar Pal was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia
- The different styles of the Polar Pal resemble the three bears from the American TV show We Bare Bears; however, one of the developers confirmed that's just a coincidence[1].
