The Lady Killer is a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It replaces the Spy's default jacket and tie with a double-breasted suit jacket and ascot, and drapes an open Inverness cape over his shoulders.
The Lady Killer was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

- A "lady killer" is a slang term for a handsome man.
- This item is based on Jack the Ripper, an unidentified serial killer that preyed on female prostitutes who lived and worked in the slums of London during the Victorian Age.
- The name is in reference to the official description of the Spy in Meet The Spy, which states: For he is the Spy—globetrotting rogue, lady killer (metaphorically) and mankiller (for real).
