The Magnanimous Monarch is a promotional headwear item for all classes. It is a Kanmuri with yellow bands and the Imperial Seal of Japan on the front.
As part of the March 23, 2011 Patch, this hat can be purchased in the Mann Co. Store through April 6 for $99.99, with all proceeds (excluding tax) going to fund Template:W relief operations in Japan following the Template:W.
