The Bombing Run is an unlockable headwear item for the Scout.
Trivia
- The name most likely comes from the Unreal Tournament gamemode, Bombing Run, where you would grab the ball, take it through enemy territory, and score in the opposition's goal, much like Team Fortress's very own intelligence based, Capture the Flag, but reversed.
- Similar headgears were worn by aviators in World War II who were tasked for aerial bombings. A more modern design is being utilized today.
- This hat was originally created as a Soldier-only item, it eventually was made for the Scout as well.
