The Vintage Tyrolean is an unlockable headwear item for the Medic. It appears as a darkly team-colored felt cap with a braided cord band around the crown. To the left side of the hat, a formal-looking crest and a feather are added as trim, both of which are also team-colored. The narrow brim slopes downward towards the front, and is folded flat against the crown in the back.
Trivia
- The Tyrolean is the name for the particular style of hats made in the County of Tyrol in Austrian Alps.
- The International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement have their main headquarters in Switzerland, possibly a connection to why the Medic got this hat.
- Humorously, if you owned a Vintage Tyrolean prior to the Polycount Update, it will be named a "Vintage Vintage Tyrolean".
- The Tyrolean hat is also know as the Tyrol and the Bavarian cap, it is apart of the signature articles clothing that is worn at Oktoberfest which is also a taunt of the Kritzkrieg.
