The Saxxy Clapper Badge is a miscellaneous item for all classes. The badge is a miniature, black and white clapperboard with "I Voted" and "12" scrawled in chalk in the title and date categories, respectively. Jigglebones is on clapstick which claps up and down on it's hinge, just like a real clapperboard.
This item was awarded to players who voted for their favourite entries in the Second Annual Saxxy Awards on the official Steam page between November 16, 2012 and November 27, 2012[1].
