The Milkman is an unlockable headwear item for the Scout. It appears as a white peaked cap with a stripped band and a black visor.
As with all of the item set hats, this hat can be crafted from four Refined Metals and any one weapon from the Special Delivery set.

Trivia
- The hat could be a play on the Scout's speed, as milkmen need to be fast to deliver the milk on time.
- Team Fortress 2 takes place in 1968, while home milk delivery had mostly died out by the end of the 1950's.
