The Parasight is a headwear item for the Demoman. It replaces the Demoman's eye patch with an alien looking starfish.

- The Parasight largely resembles Starro(a.k.a. Starro the Conqueror), A DC alien creature and antagonist, which stated Starro (who is also a purple, parasitic starfish) originally dwarfing his smaller successors in size and power, later to be revealed belonging to an entire race of parasites that travel around the universe conquering planets with "motherstars", releasing spores to take mental control of a planet's entire population.
