The Ghastlier Gibus is a Halloween 2010 event item upgraded version of the Ghastly Gibus (Still untradable or craftable) for those who earned it before Halloween 2010. The upgraded hat sports a new decoration similar to that on the Horseless Headless Horsemann's belt.
This item cannot be traded, however it can be used with the Name Tag, Description Tag, and Paint.
