The Lordly Lapels is a miscellaneous item for the Demoman. It is a extension to Demoman's collar similar to Dracula.
The Lordly Lapels were contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "The Ghoulic Extension". It was previously included in the community Night of the Living Update as the "Count's Collar" before its renaming.
