The Foul Cowl is a community-created miscellaneous item for the Spy. It is a long, billowing team-colored cape with a large collar, with a golden attachment on the front, modeled after the stereotypical Dracula cape. In addition, the Spy's canines are lengthed, making them look like stereotypical vampire teeth.
The Foul Cowl was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the same name.
