The License to Maim is a currently unreleased promotional Miscellaneous item to be worn by all classe. It appears as the Freelance Police badge used by the characters Sam and Max.
The medal is awarded after a player has unlocked it during a special round of Poker Night at the Inventory, this item can only be obtained by purchasing the game but it is unknown if multiple badges will be acquirable.
