The Gaiter Guards is a cosmetic item for the Medic. It gives the Medic a belt bearing the Medic's emblem on the buckle, a satchel on his right side for a pistol, a strap across his chest, and boots with grey sidings.
The Gaiter Guards was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "German's Gaiters".
