Magnanimous Monarch is a promotional cosmetic item, wearable by all classes. It is a kanmuri with yellow bands and a variation of the Imperial Seal of Japan displayed on the front. This hat is no longer obtainable as of April 7th, 2011.
As part of the March 23, 2011 Patch, this hat was purchasable in the Mann Co. Store until April 6, 2011 for $99.99 with all proceeds, excluding tax, going to fund American Red Cross relief operations in Japan following the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami.
