The Thirst Blood is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It removes the Scout's default headgear and replaces it with a team-colored headband and medium length brown hair, with strands at the front that move around. The band is wider across the Scout's forehead, and it then narrows as the band goes down along both sides of his head.The hair is long in the back and untidy,with some parts of his hair sticking up from the back and the front. A curved cut is also present on the Scout's right cheek. When painted only the color of the band is changed, all basic paints apply as seen below. Originally this item was submitted into the Steam Workshop as The Hair Mann, This cosmetic can also be obtained with an unusual characteristic by unlocking a Limited Late Summer Crate.
The Thirst Blood was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Thirst Blood: Part II".
