The Pocket Heavy is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a small Heavy doll that's wearing a Tough Guy's Toque in the Medic's coat pocket.
The Pocket Heavy was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Pocket Heavy (Tiny Guy's Toque style)".

*The name of the item is a reference to the fact that Heavies are the most common choice of healing target when "Pocketing", which is the practice of healing a strong offensive class as much as possible, often to point of refusing to heal other players, thus giving both the Medic and the pocket a much larger chance of survival. == See also ==
