The Milkman is a headwear item for the Scout. It appears as a white peaked cap with a stripped band and a black visor. This hat was released with the Polycount Pack in the Mann-Conomy Update.
As with all of the item set hats, this hat can be crafted from four Refined Metals and any one weapon from the Special Delivery set. With the complete set, the Scout's standard HP goes up to 150.
