Mecha-Medes is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a robotized version of Archimedes, complete with team-colored eyes and body, which wobbles as the Medic moves. The blood splatters found on the normal version of Archimedes are replaced on this item with oil stains.
Mecha-Medes was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia
- The item's description refers to the Bill's Hat cosmetic item, as the back-story to that item states that it "fell off a table and into the Team Fortress universe", similar to how Archimedes fell off a table into a parallel world. It also references the 1968 movie Planet of the Apes, where the Statue of Liberty is found by the main protagonist half-buried in the sand and decayed.
- The comic number listed is based on the mathematical constant of Pi, the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter. The Greek philosopher and mathematician Archimedes of Syracuse helped prove this constant.
- A Flight of Fancy is an idea or narrative that is extremely imaginative yet unrealistic.
