The Well-Rounded Rifleman is a community-created cosmetic item for All classes. It is a paintable dark gray/blue kepi similar to those worn by members of the French Army and French police forces, soldiers of both sides of the United States Civil War and train conductors.

The Well-Rounded Rifleman was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Rifleman's Rallycap."
