The Gauzed Gaze is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It adds two pieces of gauze that form a makeshift mask and a pair of shaped goggles.
The Gauzed Gaze was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Surgical Stare".

Trivia
- Gauze is a common bandage used in surgical procedures to cover wounds and protect exposed tissue from airborne bacteria.
- The mask resembles what was worn by soldiers in the Afrika Korps to protect them from sand.
This was used to cover the sides of the sand so they would have no problem walking
