Trivia
- Team Fortress Classic pelissä, alkuperäiseltä mallinnetulta Medicliltä löytyy kirurgin maski.
- Kirurgin maskeja pidetään yllä missä tahansa leikkaus operaatioissa. Tämä estää bakteereja leviämästä avattuun haavaan. Maskit myös estävät kehon nesteitä ruiskuamasta suuhun.
- Tämä esine on toinen kahdesta yhteisön aikaansannos esineistä Gerreltä, toinen esine on Kersantin koulutushattu.
