The One-Way Ticket is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a dead version of Little Buddy, a torn sailor's hat with the addition of a taped-on, seemingly Chinese paper talisman for binding the undead, which happens to be about the size and shape of a passenger ticket. As such, it is an imitation of the Cadaver's Capper released in the same Update.
This item can only be worn around Halloween or during a Full Moon; at other times of the year, it does not appear in gameplay, unless the server has Halloween mode enabled. However, it can be equipped at any time and can still be viewed on the loadout screen even when it is not visible during games.
The One-Way Ticket was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

- The One-Way Ticket was added to the game.
Trivia
- For trivia about Chinese Jiangshi and the talisman, see Cadaver's Capper.
- The idiom "one-way ticket" means a trip from which one never returns, say, from a remote desert island, or, with the application of the correct ticket-shaped Chinese talisman, from death.
- The characters on the talisman read "Dead Buddy" when translated (hence the submitted name, "The Stiff Buddy;" the Chinese character 死 can mean "dead" or "rigid").
- However, "Dead Buddy" doesn't exist in any type of "Zhen Shi Fu". And the talisman should be attached to forehead instead of hat.
