Trivia

• Ze Goggles' description is a reference to one of Rainier Wolfcastle's lines from The Simpsons' Season 7 episode "Radioactive Man", which has since developed into a meme. The line Radioactive Man yells out when he is splashed by sulfuric acid is "My eyes! The goggles do nothing!"
• Ze Goggles are also a reference to the Ecto-Goggles (officially dubbed the Paragoggles in Ghostbusters: The Video Game) which appear in the Ghostbusters series; their name originally being Ect-oh Goggles. This may be a reference to the fact that the Medic looks quite similar to Egon Spengler, and that the Medi Gun and backpack he wears bear a resemblance to the Neutrona Wand and Proton Pack respectively.
