The Hat Outta Hell is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a black backwards baseball cap, with two long horns sticking out on the sides, and a single spike in the center.
This item has three styles, named "Damned", which paints only the hat, "Demon", which paints only the horns, and "Devil", which paints both.
The Hat Outta Hell was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
