The Fizzy Pharmacist is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It alters the Medic's coat to have the buttons in the center and no class emblem on the arms, while giving him a vest that he wears over it (but under his overalls) and a big, team-colored bow tie and replacing the satchel on the left side of his belt with a pocket containing a team-colored bottle of Mann Cola.
This item has two styles, named "Bubbly" and "Flat". The "Bubbly" style gives the vest white and team-colored vertical stripes, while the "Flat" style makes it entirely dark team-colored.
The Fizzy Pharmacist was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
