Das Naggenvatcher is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a stylized, extremely flared form of a WWI German Stahlhelm with an added steel brow plate called a Stirnpanzer.
Das Naggenvatcher was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia
- Like other Medic items in the Summer 2013 pack, this item's name is pseudo-German for "noggin-watcher" and does not translate into English.
- The helmet the Das Naggenvatcher is based upon is a world war 1 era M16 german Stahlhelm with a "stirnpanzer" armoured plate affixed to the front, the stirnpanzer offered additional protection to the wearer and was mainly used by sniper units of the imperial German army
