The Make Ogre is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It gives the Heavy an ogre make-up, with a protruding jaw with big teeth and even bigger canines coming out, a large nose, a rugged forehead, and long ears that point back and outward.
The Make Ogre was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
