The Fizzy Pharmacist is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It alters the Medic's coat to give him a button-down shirt with blank rolled-up sleeves and a soda jerk's vest worn over it (but underneath his suspenders) with a big, team-colored bow tie. It also adds a pocket containing a bottle of "Mann Cola" on the right side of the Medic's belt.
This item has two styles, named "Bubbly" and "Flat". The "Bubbly" style gives the vest white and team-colored vertical stripes, while the "Flat" style makes it entirely dark team-colored and hides the cola bottle.
The Fizzy Pharmacist was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
