The Summer Shades are a Steam promotional item, earned during the Steam Summer Camp Sale by collecting and exchanging three Prize Tickets. The item is going to release "soon" as stated in the Prize Booth page.
Trivia
- The description refers to the 2008 news story about Corey Worthington, a young Australian man who held a 500-guest party at his parent's house while they were away. During the initial report, Corey continually talked about his hat and his glasses instead of answering the newsreader's questions.
- On the Summer 2009 Trend and on previous trends, most fashion models walked with summer shades, on 2009, one of them were wearing yellow summer shades.
