Trivia
- The name and description of Ze Goggles are a reference to a line spoken by the character "Rainier Wolfcastle", in Season 7, Episode 2 of The Simpsons, "Radioactive Man". This line has since developed something of a cult following in online communities.
- The design for Ze Goggles is a reference to the Ecto-Goggles (now Paragoggles, as of Ghostbusters: The Video Game), which make constant appearences throughout the Template:W series. The creator of Ze Goggles submitted their creation to the Contribute! page under the name "Ect-oh Goggles".
- The sound that plays when this item is picked up and moved throughout the backpack uses the same sound as the night-vision goggles, from Template:W.
